Every appliance, answered at a glance
One page per appliance puts the questions first:
- both HA nodes, their roles and two clocks each, so a software restart shows apart from a reboot
- the topology in state colours (green up, orange disabled, red down) with what needs attention beside it
- the traffic flow: which servers each virtual server reaches, and by which PBR or route
- a service going down in the syslog, confirmed on the appliance and on the page within seconds
- every kind you open kept as a tab, and the appliance’s own right-click for HA and failover
When something already went wrong, support bundle analysis reads the appliance’s own bundles for why it restarted, what used its resources and whether anything points at a compromise; when a connection is the question, Capture & analyze takes a trace on the appliance and says where it failed.
Deploy renewed certificates without the 2 a.m. surprises
Renewing a certificate and deploying it are two different jobs. Certificate deployment, available today, takes the renewed files from a share and installs them on every NetScaler that serves the certificate:
- reads every place the certificate is bound before it changes anything
- previews the change, including services outside the ones you named
- links the chain, moves every binding and reads the result back
- keeps a report, with a rollback plan where the install was dated
Requesting the renewal from your certificate authority over ACME is in early access. The same workflows run SSH commands across appliances, clean up expired certificates and send the dashboard’s reports on a schedule.
