  1. The symptomA user says the desktop takes well over a minute to appear. Nothing is down.
  2. The evidence collectedLaunch analysis joins that one attempt across three sides: the gateway’s sign-in, the HDX Insight launch and ICA connection, and the VDA’s own logon breakdown. The session arrived quickly; the Windows logon took 1 min 35 s, and Group Policy 1 min 10 s of it.
  3. The next actionThe fix is on the VDA, not the gateway or the network: the Group Policy extensions and scripts named on the page. Nobody spends the afternoon on the NetScaler.

Certificate automation

Deploy renewed certificates without the 2 a.m. surprises

Renewing a certificate and deploying it are two different jobs. Certificate deployment, available today, takes the renewed files from a share and installs them on every NetScaler that serves the certificate:

  • reads every place the certificate is bound before it changes anything
  • previews the change, including services outside the ones you named
  • links the chain, moves every binding and reads the result back
  • keeps a report, with a rollback plan where the install was dated

Requesting the renewal from your certificate authority over ACME is in early access. The same workflows run SSH commands across appliances, clean up expired certificates and send the dashboard’s reports on a schedule.
